K-WILL Corporation Acquired by MediaTek
Torrance, CA — November 6, 2007 — K-WILL Corporation, leading provider of video quality monitoring and video quality measurement, today announced that it has become one of MediaTek’s subsidiaries, a leading fabless semiconductor company for wireless communications and digital media solutions based in Taiwan. Through the purchase of K-WILL’s Japanese parent company’s shares the deal will forge a path for even more innovative digital video and audio quality evaluation based on K-WILL’s patented Video DNA technology.

K-WILL Corporation will continue to operate out of the Torrance, CA area as a division of MediaTek, but does have plans to move to a new facility that offers additional opportunity for growth.
