K-Will Announces Technical Innovation As Systems Integrator Partner

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. - August 25, 2004 — K-WILL Corporation announced that Technical Innovation, of Norcross, Georgia has been signed as a systems integrator for their unique line of video quality monitoring technology

In the agreement, Technical Innovation will represent K-WILL's industry leading video quality monitoring technology, including the patented "Video DNA" solutions." Products carried by Technical Innovation include the VP21S - Double Stimulus video quality measurement solution and the award winning TSI-2000 and TMax-2000, the new MPEG-2 Video Transport Stream monitoring systems.

K-WILL TSI-2000 and TMax-2000 products are designed to meet the need for real-time video quality monitoring of MPEG-2 video stream in the networks of broadcasters, network operators, cable TV companies, satellite service providers, telecommunication companies transmitting video, post-production companies and equipment manufacturers. The VP21S is a powerful system for detailed measurement and comparison of a test source and reference videos. It performs more than 240 real-time measurements on each frame of video and offers unique pixel-by-pixel visual comparisons. The VP21S is well suited to encoder/decoder evaluations, broadcast system quality evaluations, dubbing and DVD authoring/evaluation.
